Refund Policy

All goods sold and delivered by HDS Express are not refundable. We always conduct a serious inspection of our product to make sure that the product is in perfect condition before delivery. However, we can offer an exchange at our discretion if the product customer received is proven to defect at the moment the customer received. Please note that below circumstance must be met to inquire for product replacement.

• Presentable proof of purchase (receipt, invoice from HDS Express).
• Returning products will be in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged.
• The returning request shall be made immediately upon product received and shall return to HDS Express within 7 days from the times onwards.
• You shall bear all cost, such as shipping, correlated to the return of the product to us.
• You can only exchange for the same product.
• Delivery takes up to 3-5 working days after you place your order (excludes Weekend & Public Holiday).
